Shipping & Delivery

At Anidina, every order is thoughtfully packaged and handled with care, ensuring a seamless delivery experience—whether across town or across the globe.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio in Singapore.

Made-to-Order Production

Each Anidina piece is crafted on demand. Please allow up to 14 days for production.

If your order includes a Sizing Kit, the process works in two steps:

  1. Sizing Kit Shipment - Dispatched within 3 business days with a tracking number.
  2. Size Confirmation - Once we receive your size, your Hair Ring enters production.
  3. Final Shipment - Your completed piece ships within 14 days of size confirmation.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once each shipment (Sizing Kit and final piece) is on its way.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Singapore (local): 1–3 business days
  • International: 5-8 business days

Please note: these are shipping times only and do not include the production period for made-to-order pieces. Delivery estimates may vary slightly based on customs clearance and local courier networks.

Duties & Customs

To ensure a seamless experience, all international duties, VAT, and import taxes are covered by Anidina. You will not be charged any customs-related fees upon delivery. The only cost at checkout is the shipping fee.

Please note: In rare cases, certain countries’ customs authorities may require additional checks or documentation. When this happens, clearance may take longer than the estimated delivery window. Our team will assist you promptly should any additional steps be needed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Policy

Every Anidina piece is handcrafted in our Singapore studio and produced exclusively for you once your size is confirmed. For this reason, all made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

This approach allows us to uphold the craftsmanship, precision, and production integrity that define the Anidina studio.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before production begins.

  • If you ordered a Sizing Kit: You may cancel the order until your size is submitted to us.
  • If no Sizing Kit is required: You may cancel the order within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has started, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will remake or repair your item at no cost.
