Overview
Welcome to Anidina. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Choisse Pte. Ltd., trading as Anidina ("Anidina"), a Singapore-based design studio. We operate this website and store, including all related content, products, and services (the "Services"). Anidina is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. Your Account
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the security of your account credentials and activity.
2. Our Products
Each Anidina Hair Ring is hand-sewn and made to order. Colour, material, and finish may vary slightly between pieces, as is natural in handmade construction — this is part of the character of each object, not a defect. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is confirmed only once we've processed your payment and sent an order confirmation. Prices are shown at checkout and do not include duties, VAT, or import taxes unless stated otherwise. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled — see our Refund Policy for cancellation and return terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship from our studio in Singapore. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout exclude production time and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may be affected by customs processing or courier delays outside our control. For international orders, Anidina covers duties, VAT, and import taxes; you're responsible only for the shipping fee charged at checkout. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, though we'll always help resolve a lost or damaged shipment.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Because each piece is made to order, our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Anidina name, logo, hair ring designs, photography, and all content on this site are owned by Anidina or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design law. You may view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs, photography, or content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include tools, links, or embedded content from third parties we don't control. We're not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party site or service — use them at your own discretion and review their own terms before relying on them.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to transmit malicious code, to harass or impersonate others, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the Services. We're under no obligation to keep feedback confidential or to compensate you for it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and products are provided "As is" and "As available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated by us or required by law. We don't guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anidina and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or any product purchased through them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anidina harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
13. Relationship with Shopify
Anidina is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any purchases you make are made directly with Anidina, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Anidina, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the changes.
